Assessment
You are entitled to a free 30 minute consultation about your expectations for therapy.
We can then arrange an initial meeting to discuss your needs and how therapy can help. This assessment process is designed for us to get a better sense of your concerns, goals for therapy and with information to consider which approach will suit you best.
A detailed assessment process will take place over two days and can happen in person or online. On day one, we will focus on the effects of the problem in your present day life. On day two, we will explore your personal and family history.

Further to the assessment process, we can book in weekly or fortnightly sessions for psychological therapy to support you with achieving your goals.

In person sessions will take place in South London, SE18
Individual Therapy
If a client and a Psychologist agree to work together then the next step will be to negotiate the frequency and mode of therapy.
Individual Therapy can take place online or in person. In person sessions will be in South London, SE18. Therapy will take place weekly or fortnightly on the same day at the same time. Every effort will be made to create a safe, comfortable and respectful environment that allows you to discuss your concerns openly.

I primarily use third wave CBT approaches, systemic thinking and narrative ways of working in my practice. Working in culturally sensitive ways is an important part of my practice.
