
Dr Komal Oza (she/her)
Dr Oza is a HCPC registered clinical psychologist and BABCP accredited cognitive-behavioural therapist. She has worked in both primary care and secondary care services in the NHS and has a particular interest in supporting individuals with long-term health conditions that has a significant impact on a person’s mental wellbeing.

Dr Oza works integratively and draws on different models and approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy and trauma-informed approaches.
She provides treatments for a range of common experiences and difficulties, such as:

Dr Oza believes in working in ways that aligns with people's values. She recognises that people do not exist in isolation and works to incorporate culture, religion, and wider systems in the therapeutic dialogue. She acknowledges intersectional identities and will create space for your to bring different parts of yourself to the work. She can appreciate how isolating mental health difficulties can feel and strives to create a safe and validating environment to work towards goals that are most important to you. Dr Oza is passionate about supporting people to break intergenerational cycles and patterns to help individuals find a balance between having boundaries, whilst valuing support from their communities.

Based North London, Dr Oza offers face-to-face sessions in Harrow and remote therapy, allowing people to work flexibly with their busy schedules. Dr Oza offers therapy in English and Gujarati.
